Credits - Expiry Policy

Any credits purchased by a registered seller must be used on the site within 90 days of purchase or else they will expire.

No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of this purchase we are unable to offer any refunds. There can be no exceptions to this policy.

Advert Purchases

The ICELAB Ltd accepts no responsibility for any adverts purchased from sellers as a result of using this site.

How long will adverts be displayed for?

Adverts will only show until the elected cut-off date or until paid up credits have all expired. Sellers can remove adverts themselves at anytime. The ICELAB Ltd reserve the right to remove adverts of an inappropriate or offensive nature.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We are fully registered with the Data Protection Act – Our Registration Number is Z9868586.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

your credit card details – these will only be held for the purposes of processing the transaction
