Who will use AdBasement.com?

Just spoken to Mike from www.inside-magazine.co.uk - they are exactly the sort of company we think will really benefit from AdBasement.com

Explained to Mike that the idea is he will be able to use AdBasement.com to sell off any spare advertising space he has available. He has agreed to help test the site and thinks it is an interesting idea.

Advertise here in this unsold ad space!

How often do you see good avertising space with “Advertise Here call….”?

If you are a reader of local magazines and newspapers, I bet you see this most weeks. The answer could be a number of things, but one big factor stands out above the rest - the Internet.

The Internet has hugely increased the opportunity for businesses of all sizes to advertise in many more places, this has left the businesses with a complex decision process of where to advertise. In a country where most people are cash rich but time pure this is not good. That said, the average business did not double it’s advertising budgets due to the increased places to advertise, they just decided to invest in or try something different.

The world is constanly changing, the phase of banner advertising is definitely on the decline with only a select number of websites still asking for premium prices. So what will be the next phase, will businesses re-invest in more traditional advertising like local magazines and newspapers?

Here at Adbasement.com we believe that every form of advertising has its benefits at the right price and the only thing stopping businesses buying that unsold space is time, time to hunt for it, time to compare prices, time to make that decision, time, time, time. That’s why at Adbasement.com we think it is time to change the way advertising space is sold.

What are your thoughts on this subject?

I want to advertise my small business?

As an average small business, advertising your services is not a quick or easy job. You don’t have the time to spend hours searching for a place to advertise. You don’t want to search through endless web pages to find advertising prices (which are some times not even shown) and then after making a decision discover that the cut off date was two days ago or that the offer ended over two weeks ago. Yes you’ve got it, a small business buying advertising space is like an ant mud wrestling a big green monster, very time consuming with little hope of getting the winning result.

If you are a small business and are tired of buying advertising space, we would love to hear your story.

Kent Business On Track To Change The Way Advertising Space Is Sold

Press Release

Kent based web development agency wisdom.co.uk is in the final stages of developing a website for bringing together buyers and sellers of advertising space.

The new site – www.adbasement.com - will offer a fresh approach by actually allowing sellers to promote available advertising space for a fixed price. Buyers can carry out a comprehensive search for the ideal advertising solution for their business.

The concept has already received a substantial amount of interest nationwide. Wisdom now requires volunteer testers to try out the new site during November 2007.

Tom from the magazine Dangerous Ink said;
“We’re always up for new ways to flog advertising space. Consider us signed up!”

Alan Noake, Managing Director of Wisdom said;
“We want to give businesses the opportunity to buy or sell advertising space at the right price without all the usual fuss”

Volunteer testers can find out about the benefits and register now on www.adbasement.com.
